Future Vision of the Medical and Welfare Work Environment
For about 20 years, the TRYT Group has been providing job placement temporary staffing services
mainly in the medical and welfare industries, and has been working to resolve issues related to labor
shortages in these industries.
However, in Japan, where a super-aged society is progressing at a speed unprecedented anywhere in the
world, the working population is decreasing, and the medical and welfare industries continue to face
chronic labor shortages. The gap between supply and demand for workers is only widening, and it will
become increasingly difficult in the future to make up for labor shortages with human resources alone.
The TRYT Group believes that in order to confront these challenges, it is necessary to support the
creation of a comfortable working environment at medical and welfare facilities through collaboration
and co-creation with external partners, going beyond the conventional framework of job placement
temporary staffing services. Under this belief, we have developed the “Future Vision of the Medical and
Welfare Work Environment.” Based on this Vision, by embodying our Purpose, “We create a future
where everyone has a fulfilling life,” we will strive to achieve sustainable development of the medical
and welfare industries.
Creating value through connections
The Future Vision of the Medical and
Welfare Work Environment envisions an
ideal future state in which transformation
of the work environment in medical and
welfare facilities will lead to the resolution
of various problems caused by labor
shortages.
Based on the job placement temporary
staffing services that the TRYT Group has
cultivated, we will continue to take on the
challenge of creating new value, by
"connecting" workers, medical and
welfare facilities, ICT equipment, and
data, which will be born from the chain of
connections among them.

"Connecting" data from ICT devices
BRIGHTVIE Co., Ltd. “Care Data Connect,”
It is expected that the use of ICT will improve the operational efficiency of elderly care facilities and
foster a comfortable working environment for care staff, enabling the provision of high-quality care
services.
In addition to care recording systems, a wide variety of ICT devices from various manufacturers are
already in use in elderly care facilities, including motion sensors, bed sensors, camera monitoring
sensors, and vitals sensors that measure respiration, heartbeat, body temperature, blood pressure, etc.
In order to make use of these devices, each device needs to be able to work together and record data
efficiently. Currently, however, there is a lack of coordination (linkage) depending on the devices from
various manufacturers.
BRIGHTVIE, a member of the TRYT Group, is offering “Care Data Connect,” a data integration
platform that enables cross-sectional data sharing, in order to resolve the issue of insufficient linkage
between the different devices from different manufacturers.
“Care Data Connect” helps improve the operational efficiency of elderly care facilities by connecting data obtained from various devices to the care recording system in a one-stop manner. In addition, data obtained from sensors is integrated on a single screen and displayed in real time, helping to reduce the burden of monitoring work.
