Basic Policy on Information Security
The TRYT Group receives information assets from clients and business partners in job placement, temporary staffing, and online content management businesses. TRYT Inc. recognizes its responsibility to protect these information assets and those held by the TRYT Group. To live up to society’s expectations and trust in the TRYT Group, we hereby establish the Basic Policy on Information Security and practice it in our business operations.
1．Establishment of management systems
The TRYT Group establishes management systems for information security measures, clarifies roles and responsibilities, establishes internal rules for information security, and implements appropriate management measures for information assets.
2．Protection of information assets
To protect information assets from various threats, the TRYT Group implements physical, technical, and organizational measures for information assets to ensure their confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
3．Information security education
The TRYT Group provides information security education and training to its officers and employees to ensure that they are familiar with the basic policy, laws and regulations, and related internal rules, and to improve their information security literacy.
4．Compliance with laws and regulations
The TRYT Group complies with laws and regulations, national policies and guidelines, internal rules, and contractual obligations related to information security and strives for appropriate information management.
5．Continuous improvement
The TRYT Group continuously improves its information security by reviewing its compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal rules, and information security measures, and revising internal rules and information security measures as necessary.
