The TRYT Group believes that great innovations are born when all employees, each with a different background, can maximize their abilities. With fair assessment of work performance regardless of age, gender, academic background, nationality or presence of disability, we provide a rewarding work environment and opportunities, as well as support, to improve their skills.
—Initiatives for promoting women's active career engagement
To become a corporate group where women can achieve career development, the TRYT Group promoting initiatives to support women's active career engagement. In FY2024, 21 employees participated. Programs include regular training and discussions on such themes as career management and communication skills. Through these programs, we aim to create a community where female employees can consult with each other and support them in developing their own careers. With the activities as a starting point, we will create an environment where all employees can work actively regardless of gender or employment form and will encourage them to build a career that suits them.

—Promoting understanding of LGBTQ
The TRYT Group conducts education and awareness-raising activities for employees to promote understanding of sexual minorities such as LGBTQ individuals. We provide e-learning training to all employees across the Group, allowing them to gain basic knowledge about LGBTQ topics and practical communication skills, in order to create workplace where everyone can work comfortably and true to themselves.

The TRYT Group is striving to create an environment where employees with disabilities can play an active role while demonstrating their uinque characteristics and abilities. At present, about 150 employees*1 are working in various locations, including the Tokyo and Osaka Head Offices and the satellite offices*2 for people with disabilities located in Osaka and Kanagawa. The TRYT Group’s employees with disabilities are working with a sense of goal and a strong teamwork mindset, based on the Purpose and Values of the Group. They play an important role in supporting the Group’s business operations by performing various tasks, including researching information on new customers and business partners, checking employment information, and digitizing various documents.
The TRYT Group aims to help employees with disabilities grow through their work and continue to work with a sense of fulfillment. To this end, we are promoting various activities, such as improving the working environment, breaking down tasks into smaller steps and clarifying what needs to be done at each step, so that employees with disabilities can carry out their work more independently and effectively. We strive to expand opportunities for employees with disabilities to play an active role by leveraging their talents and unique disability characteristics.
*1 As of March 1, 2025
*2 Satellite offices are set up to support the employment of people with disabilities, located at different places from the company’s head office or branch offices. These offices provide a work-friendly environment with careful consideration given to the characteristics of various disabilities.

—Introduction of a mission grade system
The TRYT Group has introduced a mission grade system in which the amount of remuneration is determined based on the expected role of each employee and their fulfillment thereof, regardless of their age or the year of their entry into the Group. Therefore, there is no pay gap between men and women at the same mission grade or evaluation level. Meanwhile, to reduce the general pay gap between men and women, we will promote initiatives to increase the ratio of female managers.

What we can do to realize a sustainable society
The TRYT Group is promoting environmentally friendly business activities to realize a sustainable society. We practice the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) to reduce our environmental impact and work to foster environmental awareness in each and every one of our employees, thereby contributing to the preservation of the global environment.

Reduce: Reduce the amount of waste
- Paperless operations
We are promoting digitization of meeting materials and internal documents, as well as invoices, contracts, and faxes.
- Encouraging the use of “My Bottles”
We are installing water servers at each office in a gradual manner, and encourage our employees to bring their own bottles.
Reuse: Use items repeatedly
- Reuse of office supplies and stationery
In order to reduce waste and promote environmentally friendly operations, each office operates a system that allows non-consumable supplies and stationery to be shared by those who need them, when they need them.
Recycle: Convert waste into new materials
- Paper recycling using security boxes for collecting confidential documents
At some offices with many employees, such as the Tokyo Head Office and Osaka Head Office, unnecessary documents are collected in security boxes for collecting confidential documents, which are then shredded and dissolved for recycling into recycled paper while ensuring security.
- Waste sorting
We are promoting recycling by sorting waste in accordance with the rules of the local government where each office is located.
