Notice regarding establishment of Sustainability Committee

TRYT Inc. (Tokyo Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Hidetaka Sasai), a leading placement company and digital solutions provider for the healthcare and welfare industries, has announced that it has established the Sustainability Committee, to further strengthen group-wide efforts to realize a sustainable society.

Under the corporate purpose, “We create a future where everyone has a fulfilling life by solving the issues faced by essential industries with a focus on medical and welfare,” the TRYT Group aims to solve social issues and achieve corporate growth through its business activities from the perspectives of E (Environment), S (Society), and G (Governance), considering the promotion of sustainability activities as one of its most important management issues. 

The Committee, headed by the President and Representative Director CEO and chaired by the General Manager of Public Relations, External Affairs and Sustainability Department, monitors the issues and progress of key sustainability activities and leads the promotion of sustainability activities.

The TRYT Group will continue to fulfill its social responsibility by taking on the challenge of solving social issues faced by essential industries, particularly the medical and welfare industry.
