CareNet and TRYT collaborate to  support doctors’ employment and recruitment 

CareNet, Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Katsuhiro Fujii), which provides a platform for medical professionals, and TRYT Inc. (Tokyo Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Osaka Head Office: Osaka City; CEO: Hidetaka Sasai), a leading placement company and digital solutions provider for the medical and welfare industries, are pleased to announce that they have begun a collaboration to support the employment and recruitment of doctors. 

CareNet operates the medical information website “CareNet.com,” which boasts over 230,000 doctor members, and provides a variety of medical information services that are useful in clinical practice. The TRYT Group has been providing human resources services for about 20 years mainly in the medical and welfare industries. With a nationwide database*¹ of approximately 89,000 contracted facilities and approximately 2.45 million registered medical and welfare workers, the Group provides quick and appropriate matching services between job seekers and facilities. 

Through the collaboration between CareNet’s platform with a large number of doctor members and the TRYT Group’s nationwide job information and matching capabilities, we will support diverse and flexible work styles for doctors, including full-time, part-time, and spot work. Going forward, the two companies will continue to explore areas of collaboration to create new value, leveraging the collective strengths of their groups.
