TRYT selected as a subsidized business for METI’s “Career Advancement Support Project through Reskilling” for supporting qualification acquisition and providing job opportunities in the elderly care field

TRYT Inc. (Tokyo Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hidetaka Sasai), a leading placement company and digital solutions provider for the medical and welfare industries, has announced that TRYT Career Inc., a group company of TRYT Inc. has been selected as a subsidized business operator for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s Career Advancement Support Project through Reskilling.

The TRYT Group is strengthening its efforts to expand employment opportunities in the elderly care field, with the aim of supporting the reskilling measures announced by the government and solving social issues, including the shortage of human resources in the elderly careindustry. At the Kaigo Worker College operated by TRYT Career, the company offers learning opportunities to acquire an introductory qualification for care worker through the Kaigo shokuin shoninsha kenshu (care worker introduction course). To date, approximately 3,000 people have received the qualification using our group’s services.

Moreover, those over the age of 18 will be fully exempted from tuition fees at the Kaigo Worker College if they attend all classes and actually obtain the qualification by passing the final exam. In the future, as a subsidized business operator for the Career Advancement Support Project through Reskilling, TRYT Career will further support the career development of people who are interested in the care worker profession. Through such efforts, we will provide job opportunities and help solve the shortage of human resources in the elderly care industry.
