TRYT expands human resources services in the healthcare sector in Fukushima, Tochigi and Nagasaki—Contributing to alleviating labor shortages and creating jobs in local communities by opening new bases

TRYT Career Inc. (Head Office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Tokyo Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Hidetaka Sasai ), which is a subsidiary of TRYT Inc., a leading provider of placement and temporary staffing services in the healthcare industry, is pleased to announce that on May 22, 2023, it will open its first branch office in Fukushima, Tochigi, and Nagasaki Prefectures to expand its business and services in each prefecture. With the establishment of these bases, its sales network will expand to cover 28 prefectures in Japan.

According to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare,^*1 while 10.7 million people will be needed as healthcare workers in 2040, when the elderly population peaks, only 9.74 million people are expected to be secured. Consequently, it is estimated that there will be a shortage of approximately one million workers. Securing human resources in the healthcare sector, which support the social infrastructure, is one of the most important issues in Japan’s social security system, and it is essential to promote innovation to reduce the burden on on-site staff and operate efficiently. Against this background, the TRYT Group is actively working to expand employment opportunities, improve productivity at healthcare workplaces through the promotion of DX, and support career building through reskilling.

At our company, a single advisor is responsible for both the job seeker and the company/facility to which he/she will be placed. This enables us to provide meticulous services for personnel placement and temporary staffing. We have also adopted a recruitment method based on direct recruiting, in which companies and facilities directly approach job seekers, in order to offer a wide range of proposals that meet on-site needs. In Fukushima, Tochigi, and Nagasaki Prefectures, sales activities were previously based on branch offices located in neighboring areas. However, with the new bases, we will strengthen our community-based consulting services to accelerate the provision of high value-added services.
